Shipping policy

Fast, secure, and reliable delivery across India.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of placement (business days = Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days in metro cities, depending on destination and courier serviceability.
  • Remote/ODA locations or peak sale periods may require additional time. We’ll keep you updated via your tracking link.

Shipping Fees & COD

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select serviceable PIN codes. A nominal COD fee (shown at checkout) may apply. If COD is unavailable for your PIN code, please choose a prepaid method.

Address Changes

  • Enter your full address and PIN code carefully. To request a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Undeliverable/Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, it may be returned to us (RTO).
  • We can reship upon confirmation; a reshipping charge may apply. If you prefer a cancellation post-RTO, we’ll process it per our cancellation/return terms (shipping/COD fees are non-refundable, where applicable).

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

  • If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged at delivery, you may refuse the parcel and notify us immediately.
  • If you accept the parcel and find damage/shortage, please email us within 24 hours at customercare.parkline@gmail.com
     with photos (and, if possible, an unboxing video) so we can resolve it quickly with our courier partners.

Split Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment (no extra charge).
